* This is a hard book to get at a reasonable price as it is rarely printed. The mix of subjects in the stories might have something to do with that as well as the move of the golf stories to the US causing a mismatch with earlier books for UK readers. Happily, booksellers are now advertising an Everyman edition for publication on 27 June, 2008 (UK). Presumably (hopefully) a US edition will follow.
