1. As far as I am aware, these small items are not available in book form except this for this volume.
2. This is a longer version of the same article in The Uncollected Wodehouse.
3. Available in one older and rarer anthology.

According to the introduction, the contents were chosen by P. G. Wodehouse societies - it shows. In my opinion, this volume is a good introduction to Wodehouse for the newcomer as well as a convenient bedside book or hospital tonic (laughter is the best medicine). The handful of rarities included are a useful bonus for the collector.
