1. The nature of this work is not clear. It might have been a musical play but seems more likely to have been a more loose affair - PG and his friend Herbert writing sketches rather than a libretto or 'book'.

2. Ella-King Hall was the daughter of the King-Halls who ran Emsworth Hall school where PG helped out with plays etc. She later married Herbert and became PG's UK literary agent until her retirement in 1935.
